One Microsoft Court consists of 10,000m² over 4 different levels, with 3 floors of office accommodation floors, with 800 workstations, all situated above basement car park. 

The work completed in December 2019.   The campus was occupied by staff throughout the construction period, building work was carried out in stages to cause minimum disruption to the staff and everyday work within the organisation.
